At Modular Closets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization system, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all standard closet components in their original packaging. Please note that custom-cut items are final sale and cannot be returned once production has begun.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific list of items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct warehouse shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes to prevent transit damage, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of each package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Ship the items back using your preferred carrier; once our warehouse inspects the components, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable restocking fees.
